taken before me this 14th. day of May 1766
Who being upon Oath says that on Thursday last
about Eleven o'Clock Edward Mc. ginnis came
to her Father's house in Wool pack Alley
near
Houndsditch
and asked if a Laim Man lived there
that She answered yes, says that her Brother

presently came in and that he and
said Mc. ginnis< no role >
talked together says that about three
o'Clock the same day as She was going down
Houndsditch She met
with said Mc. ginnis< no role >
who
desired her to go on an errend for him to Petticoat
Lane
and that She wou'd meet a Woman in a
blue Cloak & black Bonnett says that Mc. ginnis
went forward and that She went to the place
where She saw the said Woman and Mc. ginnis with
her that the said Woman delivered to her a large piece
of Silver like a Dish with four feet which She gave
to her Brother and that it was weighed as She
believes with other Plate in her Brother's Room
for that She left Mc. ginnis and him there together
