for buying twenty eight Yards of Cotton
and since detained on the Oaths of

buying four large Bibles the Property of the said

and also detained
on the Oaths of the said

for buying a Quantity

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly Prays That he
may be brought to his Trial at this present Sessions for
the said supposed Crimes whereof he stands charged or
in default thereof that he may be bailed or discharged
pursuant to the Statute in such Case made and provided
