taken before me this 1st. day of
April 1764

Who being upon Oath says that about three o' Clock
this days, being in the Palace Yard St. James's a Person
now present who cell himself Richard, Hackett< no role > ,
feloniously took and carried away from this Informant
Person one Silver Watch his property, says that he saw
said Hacket's hand at his Pocket at the time he solost
his said Watch, and is very sure that the said Hacket is the
Identical Person who feloniously took and carried away
his said Watch as aforesaid
