That Information of Thos Scot< no role > taken before us two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County

Who being on Oath saith That on Wednesday last a fat
Sheep the property of this Inst. was Stolen from a field
he the Parish of St. Pancras in the said County and this
Inst. having intolly [..] there the sd. Sheep was Stole by
one Thos. Clements< no role > & sold to John Jones< no role > of [..] will
Strut in the said Parish of S. Pancras the Inst. obtained
a Warrr. to Search the house of the sd. Jno Jones< no role > & saith that
he found the Shir of the said Sheep with the Careare as
Acknowledged by the sd. Jones who declared that he
bought the said Sleep on Wednesday last of the sd.
Clements for fourteen Shillgs. the Value of which Sheep
the Insr. saith is Twenty Shillgs. And this Ins saith
that the Mark, on the sd [..] Skin was material Altred
in order to Dis [..] the sd. Skin so that it night not be
known And this Ins saith that he hath just reason to
suspect that the said Jones well know that the sd Sheep
was not hou [..] ly obtained by the said Clements
