The Information of James Gardener< no role > of Mr
Georges Hanover Square opperator for the Teeth Taken
before me this 10th. day of March 1761

Who being on Oath says that he knew Mrs Arm King< no role > late of
Leicester Fields verywell that he was present on Saturday
the 28th. of Febry last when Theodore Gardelle< no role > This name instance is in set 3204. a Lodger in the
said Mrs King's House was Apprehended on Suspicion of
having Murdered the said Mrs. King, that he afterwards got
into the said Mrs. King's Bed Chamber thro' the Window (the
door being lockt) that he there found one Blanket and a Curtain
belonging to Mrs King's Bed Wett & Bloody and that the Tick of the
said Bed appeared to be very Bloody in many parts, that on
Searching in other parts of the House a Bloody Shift and
a Bloody Shirt was found the former in a Bagg in the said
Gardell' s Appartment, under his Bed, the latter in a Chest of
Drawers in the said Gardell's Room, and a pair of Blankets
Wett and Stained with Blood in the said Gardell's Closet
and in another Room belonging to the said Gardelle was found
a Cloth which was Wett and Bloody and that upon the Leads
he likewise found one pair of Streets and a Quilt which
afterwards appeared to have belonged to Mrs. Kings Bed
