The Information of John Nichols< no role > taken
before me one of His Majesty Justices of
the Peace for the Sd County

Who being upon Oath says that he is Clerk
to Mess: Chace and Cox Esqrs , and Says that last
Night he this Informt: Apprehended a person now
present who calls himself John Merein with a
Parcell of Iron hoops upon him the Property
of the Sd: Mesrs: Chase and Cox And this Informt.
Says that a large quantity of Iron Hoops have
been Stolen lately Off the Premises of the said
Messrs: Chase & Cox as this Informt: has been informed
