deceased laying just at ye Corner of the Lame across the Channel
near to the foot pavement. and the said Cart was just
then removing from the Body and appeared to this
Deponent to have gone over it And this Deponent supposed the Dogs had pushed the Child under the cartand immediately
Saw two Men one seemingly coming from the Cart.
and the other from the deceaseds Fathers House.
and saw both of them stoop down to take up the
deceased but which of them did so Deponent
doth not remember but she saw one of them
(whose Name she hath since heard is James
Carter
< no role > ) carry the deceased into his Fathers
House and the other Man (whose Name this
Deponent hath since heard is John House< no role > and has
been told was the Driver of the Cart). went on
with his Cart and Horses.

On his Oath Saith. That on the second day of February
instant he was in the Tap room of the Dwelling
House of James Potter< no role > Father of the deceased and
Mrs. Potter the Mother of the deceased was looking
through the Window and on a sudden screamed out
and Hung up the Sash to got out at the Window and
upon which this Deponent looked to see what was
the Cause of her doing so and Saw a Cart with
