on his Oath Saith that about ten O Clock on
Sunday Morning last the twenty ninth of January as
he was passing by some Gravel pits on Horneslow Heath
in the Same parish he saw the deceased laying
in the Water of one of them and not observing any appearance
of life went to call one James Pearman< no role >
whose House
was nearest and he returned with this Deponent
to the pit and draw the deceased out of the Water
who was quite dead.
