two Wheels and drawn by two Horses. had just gone
over the Body of the deceased the off Wheel
being at that instant just upon and going off the
head of the deceased. Deponent then ran out
and just as he got to the Door met James Carter< no role >
bringing the deceased into the House.

John Ansell< no role > of New Brentford aforesaid Surgeon on
his Oath Saith That on the Second day of February
instant he was sent for to the House of James
Potter Father of the deceased and on coming there formed the Child
laying upon the Table quite dead and upon
Examining his Body found the Scull fractured.
which Deponent has no doubt was the Cause
of the deceased Death.
