said County, on view of the body of George [..]
then and there lying dead, upon the oath [..]

good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law required, and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our said Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said George Antrobus< no role >
came to h is Death, Do upon their Oath say, That the said George
Antrobus not being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding but
Lunatic and distracted on the First Day of February in the Year
aforesaid with a certain Knife which he the said George
Antrobus then and there had held in his Hand the Throat or Gullet
of himself Did then and there strike, stab and penetrate thereby
then and there giving into himself One Mortal Wound in and upon his said Throat or Gullet Of which
said Mortal Wound he the said George Antrobus< no role > then and there died
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That
the said George Antrobus< no role > not being of sound Mind Memory and
Understanding but Lunatic and distracted in Manner and by the
Means aforesaid Did kill himself

In Witness whereof, as well as the said Coroner, as the said Alexander Wilson< no role > the Foreman of
the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows, in the presence, have to this Inquisition set their
Hands and Seals the Day and Year first abovementioned
