the KING, for the said County, on view of the body of Henry Cheese< no role >
then and there lying dead, upon oath of Job Gardener< no role > , John Farlar< no role >
Joseph Reeve< no role > Charles Wray< no role > , James Campbell< no role > Joseph Wheatley< no role > William
Simmonds John Smith< no role > George Hoare< no role > Samuel Lowe< no role > William Piper< no role >

good and lawful Men of the said County duly chosen as by Law, required, and who being then and there duly sworn
and charged to enquire for our Lord the KING, when, how, and by what means the said Henry Cheese< no role >
came to h is Death, Do upon their Oath say, That the said Henry Cheese< no role >
on the Eleventh Day of May in the year aforesaid being Driving a certain
Cart Loaded with Dung along The King Highway at Turnham Green in the County aforesaid
And being endeavouring to get out of the said Cart It so happened That
he the said Henry Cheese then and there accidentally casually and by
Misfortune fell to the Ground and the Near Wheel of the said Cart did
the Lewis of him the said Henry Cheese then and there received divers Mortal Bruises in and upon
then and there pass upon and over the Lorris of him the said Henry Cheese< no role >
of which said Mortal Bruises he the said Henry Cheese< no role > from then saidthenEleventh
Day of May in the year aforesaid untill the thirteenth Day of the same Month
in the same year at the Parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid did languish and languishing
Did live one which said Thirteenth Day of May in the Year aforesaid he the said Henry Cheese< no role > at the
parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid of the mortal Bruises aforesaid did die And so the
Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid Do say That the said Henry Cheese< no role > in Manner
and by the Means aforesaid accidentally, casually and by Misfortune came to his Death
In Witness whereof, as well as the said Coroner, as the said Job Gardener< no role > the Foreman of
the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows, in the presence, have to this Inquisition set their
Hands and Seals the Day and Yeat first abovementioned
