maketh Oath that he hath known
the deced Evan Givens between five and six Months during
the time he has kept the House that Dept. has been in the
habit of calling out the deced, Hence to drink that for this
Week part Dept has observed the deced to behave in a very
odd manner and appeared very Melancholy and low
[..] ted that he named to neglect his business and when he
[..] any person with Beer kept no dcore but used to go as if to
do it and neglect [..] it which Dept. has observed several
times that between the hours of Eleven and twelve Yesterday
Morning Dept. [..] lling in the deced Top Room reading the Mur
a person name in and enquired for the deced the deceds Daughter
a [..] the Girl sayed her Father the deced was gone up Stairs to
put a Clean Shirt on said person after waiting a little time
requested the deced Daughter to go up and call her father
the little Girl event up Stairs for that purpose and almost
immediately came running down Stairs screaming and sayed
her Father (the deced) was hanging by a Rope and the believed
was Dead Dept. immediately event up Stairs and in a two
pair of Stairs front Room he saw the deced hanging by a Rope
fastened to some Railing over a Closed Door in said Room
That he appeared black in the face and [..] quite Cold that
in about ten Minutes a Surgeon came into the Room and soon
after some others came and then Dept. quitted the Rooms
that the deced appeared quite died when Dept. left him
