Martin Vintry in the ward of Vintry in London aforesaid on the twenty first day of april
in the
thirty second Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain

aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and Charged to inquire for our said Lord the King
when how and in what manner the said

Oath that the said

not being of sound mind
andmemory and understanding but being Lunatic and
distracted on the twentieth day of april in the year aforesaid one end of a certain piece of Rope
of no value fastened about the Railing over a Close Door in a Certain Room in the dwelling house
of him the said

and the other End of the said piece of Rope round and about his
Own neck then and there did fix tye and fasten by means whereof he the said

did then
and there hang strangle and suffocate himself of which said hanging strangling and Suffocation

did then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath
aforesaid do say that the said

but Lunatic and Distracted as aforesaid in manner and by the means aforesaid
did hang and kill himself In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said William
Richards the foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his fellows
in their presence have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the day Year and
place first above Written
