An Inquisition Indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at London, that is
to say, at the parish of Saint Bridget otherwise Bride in the ward of Farringdon without in London
aforesaid on the Eighth day of August in the thirty second Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord
George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King defender of
the faith and so forth Before Thomas Shelton< no role > Gentleman Coroner of our said Lord the King
for the City of London and Borough of Southwark on view of the Body of Robert Parish< no role > Taylor
now here lying dead by the Oath of Robert Gorton< no role > John Crabb< no role > , William Barnett< no role > Robert
Gage, Bartholomew Fitzgerall, William Still< no role > , John Lancaster< no role > , John Hubbard< no role > , John Fullbrook< no role >
George Pratt< no role > , Joseph Adams< no role > , John Simson< no role > and John Nichols< no role > Good and lawful Men of the City
of London aforesaid who being now here duly Chosen sworn and Charged to Inquire for our
said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said Robert Parish< no role > Taylor came to his
Death say upon their Oath that the said Robert Parish Taylor being a Prisoner in the Majestys
Prison of the Fleet on the seventh day of August in the Year aforesaid was and for a long time before
had been Sick and diseased in his Body and of such Sickness and disease did languish until the
said seventh day of August in the Year aforesaid when the said Robert Parish Taylor within
the Prison aforesaid by the visitation of God died a natural death and by no violent means or
method whatsoever In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said Robert Gorton< no role >
the Foreman of the said Jurors in behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows in their presence
have to this Inquisition set their hands and Seals the day Year and place first above written.
