and lawful men of the Borough
of Southwark
aforesaid
in the said County of Surrey
who being now here duly Chosen sworn and charged to Inquire
for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said
Ayre Jones< no role >
came
to his death say upon their Oath that the said
Ayre Jones< no role >
on the sixteenth day of April in
the Year aforesaid being in and on board of a certain Vessel lying in the River Thames
and being endeavouring to Jump from the Deck of the said Vessel unto and upon the Deck
of a certain other Vessel also lying in the said River Thames
and near unto the said first
mentioned Vessel the said Ayre Jones Accidentally casually and by misfortune fell into
the said River Thames
and in and with the Waters of the said River was then and
there suffocated and Drowned Of which said suffocation and Drowning the said Ayre
Jones did then and there die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do
say that the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and
by misfortune was suffocated and Drowned In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner
as the said

the Foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest
