aforesaid in the said County of Surrey
who being now
here duly chosen sworn and charged to Inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in
what manner the said

came to his death say upon their Oath that the

then lately before accidentally casually and by misfortune fell into the
River Thames
and in and with the Waters of the said River was then lately before suffocated
and Drowned Of which said Suffocation and Drowning the said

then lately before die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the
said

in manner and by the means aforesaid casually and by misfortune
was suffocated and Drowned In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
