An Inquisition Indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at the Parish of Saint Botolph
without Bishopsgate in the ward of Bishopsgate without in London aforesaid on the twenty fifth day of
July in the thirty Second Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great
Britain France and Ireland King defender of the faith and so forth Before Thomas Shelton< no role >
Gentleman Coroner of our said Lord the King for the City of London and Borough of Southwark on view of
the Body ofRobert Mosley< no role > now here lying dead by the Oath of Andrew Crosby< no role > , Benjamin Ward< no role > ,
James Eisha< no role > , Daniel Barnsted< no role > , John Barlow< no role > , John Sutton< no role > , William Crawley< no role > , John Kingham< no role > , George
Bowley, John Knowles< no role > , James Lawson< no role > , Charles Fenn< no role > and Edward Clark< no role > , good and lawful Men
of the Parish and Ward aforesaid who being now here duly Chosen Sworn and charged to inquire
for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said Robert Moseley< no role > came to his
Death say upon their Oath that a certain person whose names unknown being Carefully driving
a certain Coach drawn by two Horses called the Newington Stage along and through a Certain
Public Street and the said Robert Mosely< no role > then being in the said Public Street It so happened
that one of the kind Wheels of the said Coach did then and there accidentally Casually and
by misfortune go upon and Pass over the said Robert Mosely< no role > by means whereof he the said Robert
Mosley did then and there receive divers Mortal Wounds and Bruises in and upon the Head
neck Back Sides and other parts of the Body of him the said Robert Mosley< no role > of which said
Mortal Wounds and Bruises he the said Robert Mosley< no role > did die [..] so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said Robert Mosley< no role > in Manner and by the means aforesaid
accidentallycasually and by Misfortune was accidentally killed and that one of the kind
Wheels of the said Coach was moving to the death of the said Robert Mosley< no role > and is of the
value of Twenty Shillings and the property and in the possession of a certain person of persons
unknown In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said Andrew Crosby the
Foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows in their presence
have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the Day Year and place first above
