"and all Expences thereinto belonging.

" That Mr. Theed had also proposed to take a Lease for the
"said Term of Twenty one Years at Forty Pounds P Annum
"If the Parish undertook to be at the whole Expence of the
"Repairs.

"That as the Party Wall had not been Condemned when
"the last Order of Vestry was made, and the Amount of the said
"several Estimates came so high, the Committee had resolved
"to state the same, together with Mr. Theeds aforesaid
"Proposals to the Vestry, that such further Measures might be
"taken as to the Vestry should seem most fit."

The said Report and Mr. Theed's Proposals were then
taken into Consideration, and after some time spent thereon,
a Question was made and stated to Mr. Theed, Whether he would
"undertake to Repair the Party Wall and What else was necessary
"and pay a yearly Rent according".. But Mr. Theed declined
making any other Proposal than what had been mentioned in
the said Report.

Mr. Theed was then desired to withdraw. And it seem'd to
be the Sense of the major part of the Vestry, the said House
was worth more to be Let than Mr. Theed had offer'd in either of
his Proposals.

Mr. Viner thereupon Moved, That it be Referred back to
the same Committee to Let the House in the Occupation of
Mr. Theed upon the best Terms they could, either for the
Parish to be at the Expence of the Repairs, including the Party-
-Wall, or the Tenant, as they should think most Advanta-
-geous to the Parish And being seconded the Question was
put and Carried in the Affirmative, And It was Ordered
accordingly.

Question was put and carried in the Affirmative And It was

Then Mr. Church Warden Barber Adjourned the Vestry
