the Committee appointed to Let the Parish Estates at
Ware and Collier Row, that the said Committee had
been down, and view'd the said Estates respectively
and had Let the Land at Ware to

Twenty two Pounds P Annum. That they had Let the
House on Collier Row Common to

late Tenant for Fourteen Years at Four Pounds P Ann.

Shopkeeper
at Romford at Twelve Pounds
P Annum Tax free for the Term of Twenty one Years.
And that Leases thereof had been granted to them
accordingly.
Agreement with
New River
Company
Mr. Maynard then acquainted the Vestry that he
had made an Agreement on the part of the Parish with
the New River
Company for Two Pieces of Ground
adjoining to the Meadow
at Ware as Tenants at Will
for Ten shillings a Year, and that the Committee had
let the same to Mr.

at the same price;
as it was not meant to obtain any Advantage by
taking the said Pieces of Ground, but to prevent dispute

if the same continued in other hands.
