The Minutes of the last Vestry were read and confirmed

Then Mr Church Warden Barber acquainted the
Gentlemen present that the Leases of the Parish Estates at
that this Vestry was summoned pursuant to public notice
given in the Church to consider of the Letting the same.

The Lease of the Lands at Ware to Mr. Thos. Green was
then impart read, and also a Letter dated the 24th. Instant
from the said Mr. Green to Mr. Andrews Vestry Clerk. And
the said Mr. Green in waiting without was called in
and acquainted the Gentlemen present that he was willing
to renew his Lease upon the Terms be now held the same.
