At a Vestry held on Friday the 1st October 1756

This Vestry was held Pursuant to Publick Notice given
in the Church relating to the Parish Estate in Limestreet

And Mr George Maynard< no role > Moved that the Committee
appointed at a former Vestry to Receive Mr Salvadores Proposalls
might be Empowered by this Vestry to Treat and Agree with him or
any other Person or Persons whosoever for Letting a Lease or Leases
of the Estate in Limestreet belonging to this Parish for any Term
or Number of years (not exceeding Sixty one years) upon such Terms
as the said Committe shoud Judge for the Benefit of the Parish and
being seconded by Mr James Hebert< no role > Senr the Question was put on
the said Motion and past in the Affirmative

The Committee Empowered to
Treat and agree with Mr
Salvadore or any other Person
or Persons for granting a Lease
or Leases of the Estate in
Limestreet for any term of
years not exceeding 61 years

Ordered that the said Committe be Empowered by this Vestry
To Treat and Agree with Mr Salvadore or any other Person or Persons
whosoever for Letting a Lease or Leases of the Estate in Limestreet
belonging to this Parish for any Term or Number of Years (not
exceeding Sixty one years) upon such Terms as the said Committee
shoud Judge the Benefit of the Parish.

And to have three or four
days previous Notice before
they meet and that the Estate
be publickly advertized

Ordered that the Church Wardens Do from time to time
give the Committee three or four days previous Notice before they
Treat and Proceed on Business To the end and Intent that as many of
the Committee may attend as Possible

And this Vestry desired that the Committe wou'd Publickly
Advertize the Parish Estate to be Lett.
