And Mr Church Warden Pope Reported from the said Committee
That they had fully Considered of the Repairs now wanting and had
Caused a Carefull Survey to be made and an Estimate taken of the
Charge thereof which he gave in at the Table and the same amounted
to £500 and he also Reported that the Committe were unanimously
of opinion that the Church shoud be now Repaired according to
The said Estimate.

Ordered that the order of Vestry made the 30th day of March
last for appointing a Committe to Consider of the Repairs of the
Church be now read and the same was read accordingly And
The Gentlemen then present proceeded to take into Consideration
the Report from the said Committee and after some time spent
therein It was moved that the Order of Vestry made the 30th day of
March last Be Confirmed and the Question being putt on the said
motion It passed in the affirmative Nem Con

Ordered that the Order of Vestry of 30th. March last Be now Confirmd
afterwards It was moved that this Vestry Do agree with
the Committe in their Report for repairing the Church and that
the same Committee be Empowered to Treat and Agree with proper
Workmen for that purpose and be Indemnify'd for so doing and
the Question being putt on the said motion It past in the
affirmative Nem Con

Ordered That the said Committee be Empowered by this
Vestry to Treat and agree with proper workmen for the necessary
Repairs of the Church and They to be Indemnify'd for so doing,
the Committe acquainting the Vestry from time to time of their
proceedings
