This Vestry was held pursuant to Publick Notice
given in the Church And Mr Church Warden Crafton Reported
from the Committee appointed by a former Vestry to Receive Mr
Salvadores proposalls and to Treat and Agree with him or any
other Person or Persons whosoever for a Lease or Leases of the
Parish Estate in Limestreet for any Term or Number of years (not
exceeding Sixty one years) upon such terms as the said Committee
shoud judge for the Benefit of the Parish) That they found it
necessary to have their Power Enlarged.

And Mr George Maynard< no role > moved That the said
Committee might be Empowered by this Vestry To Treat and agree
for any Term or Number of years not exceeding 99 years and
being seconded the Question was put on the said motion and past in
the Affirmative

Ordered that the said Committee be Empowered by
this Vestry to Treat and Agree with Mr Salvadore or any other
Person or Persons whosoever for a Lease or Leases of the Parish
Estate in Limestreet for any Term or Number of years (not
exceeding ninety nine years) upon such Terms as the said Comittee
shoud judge for the Benefit of the Parish.
