The Election of a
Lecturer.
At this Vestry the Church Wardens proceeded to take the
First Ballot for the Choice of a Lecturer of this Parish in the
Room of the Reverend Mr. Hay deceased pursuant to an Order of
Vestry made the 12th. day of December last and closed the said
Ballot at One of the Clock, and on casting up the same the
Number of Votes for the several Candidates was as follows Vizt
First Ballott.

Whereupon Mr Church Warden Barber declared the Number for
each Candidate, and that the Reverend Mr Lloyd, and the Revd.
Mr Sandiford had the Majority of the other candidates on the said
Ballot and The said Candidates were Reduced to two Viz the said Mr
Lloyd and Mr Sandiford.
