Gentlemen present that the End of this Meeting was to
Chose Ward Officers for the Year ensuing Vizt.

from serving the offices
& Constable Etc. being an
Exciseman.

And Mr. Henry Smith< no role > was putt in Nomination to serve
the Offices of Constable Scavenger & Inquestman for the
Year ensuing and Excused, He being an Exciseman

Mr Thos: West chose
Constable Scavenger Etc
Inquestman.

Exempted on paying £12.

Then Mr. Thomas West< no role > Glover was putt in Nomination
to serve the Offices of Constable Scavenger & Inquestman
for the Year ensuing & chose, But Joseph Hankey< no role > Esqr.
moved that Mr. Thomas West< no role > might be Exempted
from serving the said Offices on paying the usual Fine
of Twelve Pounds, And the Question being putt on
the said Motion It is ordered that he should be
Exempted from serving the said Offices on paying the
said Fine.
