reported that the Lease of ye.
House Etc. at Collier Row wod.
Expire at Xtmas next & that
Mr. Goulding wod. never ye.
Same for 11 Years at £10 P. Ann the Parish
allowing £20 for Repairs.

A Lease agreed to be
granted him upon the
Terms aforesaid.

At this Vestry Mr. Church Warden Mitchell acquainted
the Gentlemen present that the Lease of the House and
Ground at Collier Row near Romford in Essex belonging
to this Parish in the Occupation of Thomas Goulding would
Expire at Christmas next and that Mr. Goulding had
made Application to renew the same for the Term of eleven
Years at £10 P. Ann: Rent which was 40s: P Ann: more
than the present reserved Rent Provided the Parish
would layout the Sum: of twenty Pounds in Repairs.
Mr: Church Warden also reported that the House and
premisses had been Viewed and were much out of Repair
and the same was taken into Consideration and the
Question afterwards putt whether this Parish should
grant a Lease of the said premisses to Mr. Goulding upon
the Term's aforesaid and allow a Sum: not exceeding
twenty Pounds for Repairs, it passed in the Affirmative

1733. Confirmed.

Ordered that an Order of this Vestry of the 20th. July 1733
to Empower the Church Warden's & Overseer's of the poor
to treat with John Thruckstone< no role > This name instance is in set 984. for receiving & maintaining
the Poor of this Parish for one Year certain be now read
and the same was read accordingly. Resolved Nem: Con:.
That the said order Be Confirmed.
