Mr Bromley's request referred
to the consideration of the
same Comittee

Resolved That Mr. Bromleys request be referred
to the Consideration of the same Committee to whom
Mr Salvador's proposal is referred they Reporting the
matter as it shall appear to them with their
opinion thereon to the next Vestry

Mr C Warden West moved
at the desire of Dr Smith to
provide a Gown for the Parish
Clarke.

Mr Church Warden West moved that at the desire
of the Reverend Doctor Smith the Rector of this Parish
they would provide a Gown for the Parish Clark at the
Charge of the Parish

It passed in ye negative

It passed in the Negative

Ordered that an Abstract
of all the standing orders of
Vestry be delivered to the
present & every succeeding
C Warden within a Week after
he shall take upon himself
the said Office.

Then Joseph Hankey< no role > Esqr . moved that directions be
given to the Vestry Clerk to draw out and prepare an
Abstract of all the Standing Orders made in Vestry and that
a Copy of such Abstract should be delivered by him to
the present Church Warden and to every succeeding
Church Warden of this Parish as soon as or within a
Week after he should take upon himself the said Office.

And the question being put on the said motion it
was resolved in the affirmative.

Ordered That the Vestry Clark do with all
convenient speed draw out and prepare an Abstract
of all the standing Orders made in Vestry and that a
Copy of such Abstract be delivered by him into the
present Church Warden and to every succeeding Church
Warden of this Parish as soon as or within a Week
after he shall take upon himself the said Office.

Resolved that this order
shall be a standing order

Resolved That this Order shall be a standing
Order of Vestry.

Ordered that ye Sextoness should
have ye benefit of delivering ye
Keys of ye Pews during ye pleasure
of Vestry.

Ordered That Susannah Wood< no role > Sextoness do
have the benefit of delivering the Keys of the Pews in
the Church during the pleasure of the Vestry in the
Room of Mr Whisken Deceased.

Mr Geo Scullard< no role > moved that
Mr. Surpluss money on ye hands
[..] ye prsent C Warden might
be applyed towards repairing
the Church.

Then Mr. George Scullard< no role > moved and the question
being proposed that the Surplus money in the hands
of the present Church Warden might be applyed
by the Consent of the Vestry towards the repairs of
the Church.

And the previous Question
being put that that
Question be now put, it
passed in ye negative.

And a motion being made and the previous
question being put that Mr Scullard question be now put

It passed in the Negative
