Read.

Ordered that an Order of this Vestry of 20th. July 1733. to
Empower the Church Warden's & Overseers of the Poor to treat with
Mr. John Thruckstone< no role > This name instance is in set 984. for receiving & maintaining the Poor of
this Parish for one Year certain be now read & the same was
read accordingly.

Latter part of an Order of
Vestry of 15th. Augt. last read.

Ordered That the latter part of an Order of this Vestry of 15th.
August last Whereby the order of 20th: July 1733. was Confirmed
Be now read and the same was read accordingly.

Arles of Agreemt. between
Mr. Thruckstone and
Church Warden's Etc read.

Ordered That the Articles of Agreement dated 26th. July 1733
and made between the said John Thruckstone< no role > This name instance is in set 984. & the Church-
Wardens & Overseers of this Parish for receiving and
maintaining the Poor of this Parish be now read, and the
same was read accordingly.

A Commee appointed to
Inquire into the Managemt.
of the Poor.

Then Mr. Church Warden Clarke moved that a Committee
should be appointed to inquire into the Maintainance and
Management of the Poor of this Parish by the said John
Thruckstone, and if not duely took Care of, to Consult of other
Way's & means for providing for them. And the Question
being putt on the said Motion it was carried by a Majority
that a Committee should be appointed for the Purposes aforesd.

Ordered That Mr. Church Warden Clarke, Mr. James
Spackman,
< no role > Mr. Richard West< no role > (Plaisterer ), Mr. George
Scullard,
< no role > Mr. Jasper Helment< no role > , Mr. James Hebert< no role > , Mr. John
Cheslyn, Mr. William Shippey< no role > , Mr. John Elton< no role > , should be
the Committee for the Purposes aforesaid.

Any five to be a Committee

Ordered That the said Gentlemen or any five should be a
Committee.

To make their Report in
a Week

Ordered That the said Committee do make their Report of
their proceedings in a Week.

Mr. Thurckstone ordered
to attend ye. Vestry & the
Poor to be brought up to
attend at the same time

Ordered That Notice be given to Mr John Thruckstone< no role > This name instance is in set 984. to
attend this Vestry on this Day seven night at eleven of ye. Clock
in ye. forenoon, & that such of the Poor now in ye. Workhouse [..]
Tottenham as the Committee shall think proper be brought up
to attend the Vestry at the same time.
