provided, the said Messrs. Burchall and Cundell had
appeared accordingly and shewrd what they were advi [..]

Wife and Children should not be relieved supported
maintained by the Churchwardens & Overseers of
Poor of this Parish, and that the Alderman ha [..]
heard what was alledged and setforth on behalf of the
Parish, as also the City Sollicitor on behalf of the [..]
Atias and Family, declared that he did not t [..]
proper to make any Order thereon until he had
consulted and advised with the Recorder of London
the Matter, which he would take an early oppo [..]
of doing on the Recorder's Return to London from B [..]

Mr. Alderman Plomer should think proper to mak [..]

of them to relieve support and maintain said

thereupon the taking the said Matter fully into
