The Sum of Four hundred and Sixty Pounds was
ascertained to be assessed within the Limits of this Parish
for the relief and employment of the Poor within this
Parish for Thirteen Weeks from the Fifth day of
January last

This Vestry being informed by Mr Churchwarden
Tucker, that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor have (Pursuant to the Resolution of the last Vestry
refused to Comply with the Order of the Rt. Honble the
Lord Mayor mentioned and set forth inthe Minutes of
the last Vestry, relative to the Support & maintenance
of Menation Atias & his Wife & Children, and that
his Lordship hath not taken any Steps to enforce the
same, but that Mr George Burchall< no role > & Mr Henry
Cundell
< no role > two of the Overseers, having been Sumoned
to appear before Mr. Alderman Plomer on Saturday
the 22d. Instant, to answer the Complaint of the said
menahim Atias & Rachael his Wife to shew cause
why relief should not be given to them the said
Menahim Atias< no role > & Rachael< no role > his wife & their five
Children pursuant to the Statute in that Case made
