The five following were chosen Guardians of the Parish Poor
Children for three years now next ensuing

Mr Deputy Robert Harding< no role >
Mr John Watts< no role >
Mr Philip Morgan< no role >
Mr Edward Gibbs< no role >
Mr William Coles< no role >

Mr William Money was Elected Master of the Workhouse for the
year ensuing

Mrs Rosomond Bedwell< no role > was Elected Mistress of the Workhouse for
the year ensuing

Mr John Collison< no role > was Elected Beadle of this Parish for the
year ensuing

At this Vestry the Vestry Clerk read the following Case with
Doctor Harris's Opinion thereon Vizt.

Case

Mr. Joseph Skinner< no role > a Parishioner & Inhabitant of the Parish of
Saint Botolph Aldgate in the City of London who has for a considble
number of years past carried on and now carries on the Trade of
a Distiller therein, being called upon to Serve the Office of Overseer
of the said Parish refuses so to do claiming an exemption from all
offices whatsoever by virtue of his being one of the Meters etc of Coals
Culane & Cynders imported or landed in the Port of London (appointed
by Warrant of the Commissioners of the Customs) a lucrative place
or office purchased by him in the year 1771 of the City of London on
a Lease thereof for twenty one years at an Annual Rent of
