principal Interest on the Mortgage to them of the Parish Gu [..]
and Premises in the Minories

Voted and Ordered that in future all Tradesmens B [..]
be brought to the Churchwardens and Committee the first
Wednesday after every Quarter day tobe Examined and Signed
three atleast of the Committee then present And also the
every Tradesman shall deliver a Duplicate of his Bill as
when paid Sign a Receipt on such Bill and Duplicate
one of which to be delivered to the Churchwarden, & the other
to be left with the Committee to be filed

Mr Richard Packer< no role > having refused to accept of and
executed Counter part of the Lease of Houses and Premises
in Still Alley agreed to be granted to him by a Committee
of this Parish, on account of the Ground Landlord having
taken from him one of the little Houses which he conceived
been agreed by the Committee to be better to him, on which [..]
he had expended in repairs about three Pounds & which the
expects to be repaid by the Parish before he accepts of such said

Resolved & Ordered that on the said Mr Packer's accepted
the said Lease & Executing a Counter part thereof the present
Upper Churchwarden Mr. Wise do Allow him his said Expense
of Repairs

Voted and Ordered that a regular Rent all of the
Estates etc of the Freedom & Lordship Parts of this Parish
be made out by the Vestry Clerk and annually delivered
every Churchwarden on the day of his being sworn into
