The Lease of the abovementioned Shops to Mr Moore which
at a Meeting of the Trustees held the 25th. of May 1778 and which
was prepared and made according to the Terms & Conditions &
with all the several Covenants agreed to by the Trustees then
present was now read And the said Mr Moore objecting (in
Consideration of his having laid out a very large Sum of money
in Repairs of the said Premises) to a Covenant in the Draught
that upon any Accident happening to burn down on
demolish the Premisses in case the Trustees shall think
proper the Lease to determine and praying to have his Lease
granted to him without such Covenant and also requesting
that the Term of his said Lease may be for twenty eight years
from Midsummer last instead of twenty eight years from
Midsummer 1778 And the Trustees now taking the said
