Thomas Warren
< no role > deced maketh oath that she has been
informed by one Sarah Smith< no role > the Daughter in Law of
this Deponts Said late husband & who now resides at Islington
& which Information this Deponts believes to be true
that the Said John Thomas Warren< no role > heretofore rented a
house of the yearly Rentor Value of Ten Pounds at
Mount Hill in the Parish of St Luke in the sd County
& resided therein for many years & did not afterwards
to this Deponts knowledge information or belief rent
a house of the yearly rent or value of Ten Pounds
or serve any Parish office or pay any Poors Rates
or kings Taxes or do any act to gain a settlement
elsewhere That she was lawfully married to her
Said husband & Since his death has not done any Act
to gain a settlement for herself
