deced and late the widow of John Dudley< no role > deced maketh oath
That her Said first Husband rented a house in Lower East Smithfield
in the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the Said
County & was charged to and paid Kings Taxes for the Same and
by means thereof gained a legal Settlement there & did not
afterwards do any Act to gain a legal Settlement elsewhere That
her Said Second husband was by birth an Irishman & to this
Deponents knowledge information or belief he never rented
a house of Ten pounds a year or upwards nor ever served
any Parish office nor ever paid any Poors Rates or Kings
Taxes nor ever did any Act to gain a Settlement in any
Part of the Kingdom of Great Britain
