The Minutes of the last Court were read and confirmed

The Minutes of the House Committee of the 3d. of February last were read
and confirmed Whereby it appeared.

That the Commitee had ordered the Surveyor to view several Houses
in Old Bethlem and one in Lime Street the Leases of which were
nearly expired and directed that they should be let in April

And had Resolved that the letting of the House No. 163 in
Wapping should be for the present postpones on account of the
proposed plan for making Wet Docks in that neighbourhood.
