The Minutes of the last Court were read and confirmed.

The minutes of the House Committee of the following days were read and
confirmed whereby it appeared.

Wednesday October 7th.

That the Committee had recommended Jeremiah Dick< no role > and Peter
Mortimer
< no role > Esqrs . to be Governors of these Hospitals .

And had ordered that Mr. Emmitt the Lincolnshire Receiver
should tender to Mr. Dickinson his Lease for execution and
that he should not proceed further in consequence of the
notice given to Mr. Dickinson to quit his Farm he having
promised not to lett off any part in future without the consent
of the Governors and immediately to resume the occupation of the
whole Farm.

And had ordered that Mr. Emmitt be also desired not to proceed
further upon the Notice given to Mr. John Scarby< no role > to quit his Farm
he having promised to take the Land which he had Lett off into
his own possession and not to let the same again without lease

And had ordered that a Lease be granted to the Executors of
Mrs. Hannah Bell< no role > for the term of 61 Years from Lady day 1781
agreeably to an order of Committee of the 3d. of May 1781.
