Pursuance of an Order of Court of the 22nd. day of January last this Committee
met this day of consider of a Report to be made of the persons nominated
at the said Court to be Governors of Bridewell and Bethlem Hospitals
and are of opinion the Gentleman following are very proper persons to be
Governors of these Hospitals if the Court shall think fit Vizt. Thomas Cope< no role >
of Rood Lane in the City of London Esqr . John Keysall< no role > of Temple Bar in
the City of London Esqr . and John Dent< no role > of the same place Esqr . All which is
nevertheless submitted to the Judgement of the Court and Ordered to be Reported
to the next General Court This Court having duly weighed and considered
the said Report Doth Order that the same be Confirmed and that Staves
be sent to the above Gentleman forthwith.

Vizt. In Pursuance of an Order of Court bearing date the 22nd day of
January last whereby it was Ordered that it should be referred to the House
Committee and Bethlem Committee to consider what are or ought to be the
Duty Salary and Perquisites of the Surgeon of these Hospitals We have proceeded
to inquire into the several matters above referred to us and do find that the
following Rules and Orders have been made and are now subsisting
relating to his Duty and Office which we are of opinion are necessary
to be confirmed and Established that is to say his Duty in Bridewell
Hospital is.
