This Court proceeded to the Election of a Receiver of the Rents
and profits of the Estate in Lincolnshire belonging to Bethlem Hospital
in the Room of Mr.

deceased and upon Reading the Honble
Petition of

and

of Dalby
in the said County of Lincoln setting forth that the Petitioner

was Brother and the Petitioner

Eldest Son of
Mr.

deceased the late Receiver and that the Petitioner

having many Years assisted his late Brother in the
Management of the said Estates and the Petitioner

having been brought up in and for some Years past conversant with
such Business and praying to be joinlly Elected Receivers of the
said Estate when upon Debate of the matter and a Motion being
made and Seconded that Mr.
Henry Bourne< no role >
be Elected Receiver
of the Rents and profits of the Estate in Lincolnshire belonging to
Bethlem Hospital and the Question being put it passed in the
Affirmative Unanimously
Whereupon the Right Worshipfull Brass Crosby< no role >

President declared the said Henry Bourne< no role >
duly Elected And it is
Ordered that he be appointed Steward and Receiver of the said
Estates during the pleasure of the Court giving the usual Security and he
is to take care that the respective Tenants do keep their Lands
Tenants Grounds and promises in their occupation in good
Repair and Manage the same in a Husband like manner
