All which is nevertheless submitted to the Judgment of the Court and Ordered
to be Reported to the next General Court This Court having duly weighed
and considered the said Report Doth Order that the same be confirmed
and that Staves be sent to the above Gentleman forthwith.

of £50 reported


Richard Clark< no role > Esqr . Alderman Treasurer reported that he had received
of Mr. Thomas Cope< no role > of Rood Lane in the City of London £50 for the use
of Bridewell and Bethlem Hospitals It was moved and seconded that
the thanks of this Court be given to Mr. Cope for his kind and Charitable
Donation.

Keysall John< no role > has Benefaction
of £50 reported.


Richard Clark< no role > Esquire Alderman Treasurer reported that he had
received of John Keysall< no role > of Temple Bat Esquire £50 for the use of Bridewell
and Bethlem Hospitals It was moved and seconded that the thanks of this
Court be given to Mr. Keysall for his kind and Charitable Donation.

Nominated Governors


At this Court the following Gentleman were Nominated to be
Governors of these Hospitals Vizt. Thomas Cope< no role > of Rood Lane in the
City of London John Keysall< no role > of Temple Bar London Esqr . and John Dent< no role >
of the same place Esqr . It is Ordered that the Consideration of this
Nomination be referred to the Committee of this House who are desired to
make their Report therein to this Court.

Box Henry to be inquired ofter
for Mr. Locks Gift.


Upon Reading the Humble Petition of Henry Box< no role > Citizen and
Weaver Setting forth that he served his Apprenticeship in this Hospitals to
Joshua Crickett< no role > by Indenture dated 17th. June 1768 and by Order by Court
of 30th. April 1782 was made free of this City 4th. February 1783 and is
set up for himself in his said Trade at No. 6 Gloster Court White Cross
Street and has received part of Mr. Fowkes Gift and praying part of
Mr. Locks Gift It is Ordered that Mr. Deputy Rogers Richard
Austin
< no role > Esquire and Mr. William Collier< no role > or any Two of them be desired
to Inquire whether the said Henry Box be set up for himself in his
said Trade and of his hopefullness therein and Report their Opinion
there on to this Court.
