Continued Wednesday 1st. October 1777.

That it is the Opinion of this Court that Mr. Thomas
Horne
< no role > having received several of the Provisions from
Bethlem Hospital as Stated in the said Memorial is
highly unbecoming his duty as a Governor .

And the Question being put upon holding up of
Hands it passed in the Affirmative nemine contradicente

Whereupon and upon further debate another
Motion was made and seconded.

Horne Mr Thos< no role > . not to be
Summond to any Court or
Committee


That it is the Opinion of this Court That in future
Mr. Thomas Horne< no role > be not Summoned to any Court or
Committee of either of the Hospitals of Bridewell or
Bethlem .

And the Question being put upon holding up of
Hands it passed in the Affirmative.

Whereupon and upon further debate another
Motion was made and seconded.

That the President be desired to reprimans Mr.
Thomas Horne< no role > for his Misconduct.

And further Debates arising thereon another
motion was made and seconded.

Whether this Question shall be now put when upon
holding up of Hands it passed in the Affirmative.

To be reprimanded for his
Conduct


Whereupon the original Question was put
That the President be desired to reprimand Mr. Thomas
Horne
< no role > for his Misconduct when upon holding up of
Hands it passed in the Affirmative.

refuses to attend the Court.


The President then directed a Beadle to
Acquaint Mr. Horne that his Presence was desired in
Court and the Beadle being returned said that Mr. Horne
had Ordered him to Inform the President that he would
not Attend the Court.
