That all the Alterations in the Salaries and Perquisites
of the Officer and Servants contained in these Regulations
commence from Midsummer day next except such as Relate to
the Matron of Bridewell which are to commence from the
Election of a new Matron

All which with due Defence is Submitted
to the Judgement of this Court
