Continued Thursday 17th. December 1772

Payment of his Debts Assigned over to the said Mary Reeve< no role > All his Estate
and Interest in the said Demised Premises in Conson of five Shillings
by her paidThat the said Mary Reeve< no role > afterwards Died and by her
Will bearing date the 28th. Day of August 1750 Gave and Devised the
said Premises (Int al) to her son Jacob Reeve< no role > That the said
Jacob Reeve< no role > afterwards Died and by his Will bearing date the 4th.
August 1756 Gave and Devised the said Premises (Int al) To William
Briggs
< no role > and John Berry< no role > In Trust for his Sister Margaret Nowers< no role >
then the Wife of Edward Nowers< no role > for the Term of her Natural Life and
after her decease In Trust for the three Children of the said Margaret
Nowers (Viz) Susannah< no role > the Wife of John Kay< no role > , Margaret Maria< no role > the
Wife of William Meadows< no role > , and the Petr. the said Samuel Nowers< no role > That
the said Margaret Nowers has been Dead some YearsThat the
Petitioner had Agreed with Samuel Swaine< no role > of the said Parish of Saint
Botolph Bishopsgate for the sale of his third part of the said Demised
Premises and therefore prayed the said governors would Grant him
leave and Licence to Assign over his Interest and Term now to come
and unexpired of and in the 3d. part of the said Demised Premises to the
said Samuel Swaine< no role > This Court having duly weighed and Considered
the said Petition Doth Order that the said Samuel Nowers have
leave to Assign his Interest in the sd. Lease as Prayed

Upon Reading a Report of the House Committee under the Hands
of William Kinleside< no role > Esqr . treasurer Mr John Hiorne< no role > Nichs. Nixon< no role >
Esqr . Mr James Hebert< no role > Mr Deputy William Fouch< no role > and Mr.
Richard Crowther< no role > in the words and figures following (Viz) At
a Committee Thursday 15th October 1772 This Committee finding two
Vacancys of Artmasters in the Room of John Packer< no role > Taylor and
Henry Heafford< no role > Ribbon weaver caused on Advertizement to be
Published sevl. times in the Daily Advertizer and Gazetteer from the
22d. Day of September last to the 10th. Day of October Instant
both Days Inclusive as follows (Viz) Bridewell Hospital two
Appartments of Artmasters in this Hospital being now Vacant
any Taylor and Ribbon weaver of Good Character who are
Inclinable to fill up the places may give in their Names at the
Clerks Office (where they will receive further Information) any
Morning before the 10th Day of October Instant soon after which
there will be an Election and accordingly two Taylors and two
Ribbon weavers left their Names and notice being given to
them that a Committee would meet this Day to Consider of the
