the Preacher for the time being if this Court shall think proper
And we are of Opinion that the present House or Habitation of the
Reader shall and may be Allotted to and used by the Porter of this
Hospital for the time being And as to the Residue of the said
Buildings and Vaults on the East side of the said Hospital
We are of Opinion that the two Rooms towards the North on
the Ground Floor next Adjoining to the Passage or Entrance into
this Hospital together with the two Rooms under the same and the
two Vaults Opposite to those two Rooms And also the Room
under the said Room Allotted for the Clerk on the Kitchen Floor
as aforesaid shall and may be Allotted to and used by the
Senior Beadle
of this Hospital for the time being Except that a
Sufficient part of the said two Rooms adjoining to the said
Passage or Entrance towards the North as well above as below
Stairs shall be taken and Inclosed for a Porters Lodge and
Apartment, and shall be Allotted to and used by the Porters Man
for the time being together with the Room under the said Passage
or Entrance and the Room adjoining thereto towards the South
And the two Vaults Opposite thereto And we are also Opinion
that the Expence of Building the said Additional Room as well
as the other Buildings and Erections before mentioned shoule be
paid and defrayed by and out of the Money received and to be
received from the Bridge
Committee all which is submitted to
the Judgment of the Court". It is Ordered that the said Report
be Confirmed and the Expence of the Buildings paid as in the Report
mentioned
Quit Rent of £20..3..9
payable to the City of London
for Ground embankd in the
Precinct by the Hospl. Ordd.
to be purchas'd
