"Wife until all the same Annuities shall cease if She my said

Upon Reading the Humble Petition of Samuel Nowers
settingforth that the governors of Bethlem Hospital did by
Indenture of Lease bearing date the 7th Day of May 1738
demise unto John Baker< no role > of the Parish of Saint Leonard
Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex Carpenter All that Piece
or Parcel of Ground situate on the East side of Globe Yard in
Old Bethlem in the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate London whereon Ten Brick Messuages were
newly Erected and Built by the said John Baker< no role > To hold
to the said John Baker< no role > from Lady day then last past for the
Term of 60 Years at the yearly Rent of £14..10s payable Quarterly
That by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 12th. Day of

Premises to Mary Reeve< no role > for the Residue of the said Term for securing
