Upon hearing Henry Heafford< no role > one of the Artsmasters in this
Hospital who informed the Court that John Scragg one of his
Apprentices was incapable of learning his Business not from
want of Attention but Ability And therefore prayed the Court that
he might be at Liberty to turn over his said Apprentice to George
Hutchens< no role > Peruke Maker which is Ordered accordingly And
it is further Ordered that the Steward do pay the said John Scragg
One Guinea towards a Suit of Cloaths upon his delivering up to him
his Hospital Cloathing Compleat
