Upon Reading the Humble Petition of Francis Allen< no role > late of
St. Martins Lane Cabinet Maker Setting Forth That by
Indre bearing Date the 11th. day of Decr 1766 the governors demised
to the Petr. a Messuage or Tenemt. then in the Occupation & situate
in St. Martins Lane in the Parish of St. Martins in the Fields in the
County of Middlesex To hold from Michas 1759 for 21 Years at the
Rent of £20 Clear of all Taxes & DeductionsThat Petitioner
Agreed with Wm Frost< no role > of Carey Street in the Parish of St Clement
Danes Taylor & Cap maker to Assign his Interest in the said
for the residue of the said Term But finds the governors Concurrence
necessary to such Assignment And thereby Praying leave to
Assign over his said Lease to the said William Frost< no role > on the
said William Frosts undertaking to pay all the accruing Rent
& to Perform the Covenants in the said Indenture of Lease which
from this Time on the Tenant or Lessees part are or ought to be
Observed and Performed And the said William Frost< no role > having
Agreed to Accept the above Assignmt. on the Terms & Conditions
aforesaid This Court having Considered the same Doth give
Licence to the said Francis Allen< no role > to Assign the said Leave &
Premises to the said William Frost< no role > for the Remainder of the
said Term

Upon Reading a Report from the Committee of this
House dated the 26th day of March last under the Hands of
