Upon Reading the Humble Petition of Richard Packer< no role > Citizen and
weaver (but by Trade a Taylor ) Setting forth that he Served his Apprentiship
in this Hospital to Benjamin Packer< no role > one of the Artsmasters by Indenture
Dated the Seventh day of September 1757 and by Order of Court of the 13th
day of February 1765 was made free of this City the 16th day of April
1765 and is set up for himself in his said Trade at No. 11 Shoemaker
Row Black Friars Praying part of Mr. Locks Gift It is Ordered
that Mr Deputy Gamon Mr Deputy Vere and Robert Carr< no role > Esquire or
any two of them be desired to inquire if the said Richard Packer< no role >
be set up for himself in his said Trade and of his hopefulness therein
and Report the same to the Court

Setting forth that he served his Apprentiship in this Hospital to Cornelius
Moliere

this City the 21st. day of April 1762 . and is set up for himself in his
said Trade at No. 21 Wilk Street Spital Spital Fields Praying part
of Mr. Locks Gift It is Ordered that Mr. Deputy Rogers Henry Cranke< no role >
Esqr . & Mr Thos Cogan< no role > be desired to inquire if the said William Allen< no role >
be set up for himself in his said Trade and of his hopefulness therein
