and by Order of this Court had been made free of this City & reced £10
of Mr Fowkes Gift for which he returns his Most humble thanks to the Court
But having Occasion for further Assistance prays some part of Mr Locks Gift
to enable him the better to carry on his Trade It is referr'd to the
Comittee of this House to enquire into his behaviour and Report their
Opinion to this Court.
