to be pd him to a Mortge [..] of late
Mr. Barkhams Estate in Lincolnshire

Mr. Taylor Acquainted this Court That Edwd. Barkham< no role > Esq by his Will
Devised his Estate in Lincolnshire to the Governors of Bethlem Hospital
for the benefit of Incurables Subject (among other Incumbrances) to a
Mortge of £2000 to Lewis Dymocke< no role > Esq In Trust and that John Ruslat< no role >
and [..] William Ruslat< no role > became Intitled to £1000 thereof which has been
been paid to them with Interest By Thomas Marwood< no role > Surviving Exter of Mr
Barkham & Receiver of the Rents of the sd. Estate for the GovernorsAnd
that John Greathed< no role > Esqr became Intitled to £1000 reside due of the said
£2000And that by an Order of the High Court of Chancery made
18th. March 1750 P On bearing a Cause between the said John Greathed
Plt and the Govrs. of Bethlem Defts It was (among other things) Decreed
That the Govrs. shoud pay to the Plt the sd. £1000 & Interest to be
computed by Mr. Buroughs (one of the Masters of the sd. Court) at such
time as he should Appoint and that the plt shoud thereupon procure
the sd. Lewis Dymocke to reconvey the [..] Mortged premes to the Defts
or as they shoud directAnd that the sd. Master by his Report 18th.
Decr. 1751 Certifyed That the Interest of the sd £1000 to the 16th June 1752
amounted to £35:15:11 which being added to the Principal made £1085:15:11
due to the said plt which he appointed to be paid by the Govrs. to the Plt
on the 16th June then nextWhereupon It is Ordered and Directed
by this Court That the sd. £1085:15:11 be paid to the sd. Mr. Greathed
and that the said Mortged premes be Assigned to William Benn< no role > Esqr
Aldn. Robert Alsop< no role > Esqr Aldn. Mr. Richard Manby< no role > Mr. Richd Wilson< no role >
Mr. Philip Grafton< no role > and Mr. Robert Wilson< no role > In Trust for the Govrs.
of Bethlem Hospital and to attend the InheritanceAnd it is further
Ordered That the Sum of £100 be paid to the said Mr. Greathed on his
Executing a Release or a Covenant that he will make a Surrender
of The Copy hold Estate in the said Decree mentioned to the Trustees
above named In Trust for the Govrs. of the said Hospital.
